Zoomlion Heavy Industry's Q1 Profit Slides 37%

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology (HKG:1157, SHE:000157) recorded a 37% decline in attributable profit in the first quarter of 2026 to 884.2 million yuan from 1.41 billion yuan a year prior, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Earnings per share slipped to 0.10 yuan from 0.16 yuan in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.The Chinese high-tech equipment manufacturer's operating income jumped 6.9% to 13 billion yuan from 12.1 billion yuan in the year-ago period.
