Celestial Asia Securities Holdings (HKG:1049) unit Pricerite Property (NT) will lease two shop units in Hong Kong from Sunlight Crownwill to operate a store of the company's retail management business.The move came after the landlord's agent accepted the offer to lease from the tenant, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The lease for the shops in Tsueng Kwan O will become effective Nov. 9, 2026, and expire Nov. 8, 2029.
