Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies Plans Hong Kong IPO
Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies (HKG:09615) plans to offer a total of 23.14 million H shares under its global offering, comprising 1.16 million shares in Hong Kong, while including 21.98 million shares in an international offering, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Investors may apply for either the Hong Kong offering or the international offering, but not both, it said.The Hong Kong public offering initially represents about 5% of the total number of offer shares, while the international offering accounts for the remainder. The offer shares will represent about 18.51% of Mech-Mind Robotics Technologies' enlarged issued share capital after the global offering, considering that the over-allotment option is not exercised, the filing said.If the over-allotment option is fully exercised, the offer shares will represent about 20.71% of the enlarged issued share capital, it said.
