IPE Group Grants 54.2 Million Share Options Under 2022 Scheme
IPE Group (HKG:0929) offered to grant 54.2 million share options to various employees under a 2022 incentive plan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The options are exercisable into the same number of shares in the firm at HK$0.59 apiece and are valid till April 15, 2031.Of the total, 1 million options each were granted to the company's CFO Tam Yiu Chung and Chief Operating Officer Lau Siu Chung.The electronic component manufacturing company now has 25,413 options available for future grants under the 2022 scheme.
