Shenguan's Substantial Shareholder Boosts Shareholding
Shenguan (HKG:0829) said Shenguan Biology Science & Technology Investment acquired nearly 8.5 million shares in the company from the market between April 9 and April 14, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The shares represent roughly 0.26% of the sausage casing maker's issued share capitalShenguan Biology Science & Technology Investment is owned by Zhou Yaxian, the company's chairperson and substantial shareholder.Following the purchases, Zhou now holds a total of 1.64 billion, or 50.76%, shares in the firm's issued share capital.
