Summi's Lender Backtracks on Winding-Up Petition
Summi Group Holdings (HKG:0756) said a certain lender notified that it will withdraw the winding-up petition filed with the Hong Kong High Court against the company, according to a Monday bourse filing.The company said legal representatives from both sides will work to take back the petition, thus eliminating the risk of bankruptcy.
