Ruixin International to be Delisted June 23
Ruixin International (HKG:0724) said Hong Kong's listing review committee has decided to uphold the listing committee's decision to delist the company, according to a Wednesday stock exchange filing.The company will be delisted effective 9:00 am on June 23.Certain subscription agreements and deals which were contingent on the resumption of trading in the company's shares will be terminated as a result.
