TravelSky Technology Renews Cloud Service Contract with Affiliate
TravelSky Technology (HKG:0696) and TravelSky Mobile Technology agreed to extend a service agreement for three years ahead of the July 31 expiry of the current contract, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.Under the new contract, valid from Aug. 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, the company will continue to provide cloud and computer system services, mainly cloud computing infrastructure services, to TravelSky Mobile Technology.TravelSky Mobile Technology is a 30%-controlled company of China TravelSky Holding, a substantial shareholder of TravelSky Technology.
