China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining (HKG:0661) said Zhang Jinzhong resigned as its CEO effective Wednesday due to other business commitments, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.The copper seller, on the same day, named Li Haibo as its new CEO.Li currently serves as assistant to the general manager of Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings, the company's controlling shareholder.
