CHTC Fong's International (HKG:0641) flagged a delay in the dispatch of a circular on the proposed disposal of PT Harvest Holdings, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Sunday.The firm expects to dispatch the circular on or before April 15, as it needs more time to prepare and finalize relevant information related to the disposal.The firm plans to dispose the business and associated loans via a listing-for-sales process with a preliminary deal value of 221.5 million yuan.PT Harvest Holdings is the holding company of 24,959 square feet of office floor in Hong Kong's Kowloon Commerce Center.
