China Nuclear Energy Technology to Lease Rooftop Space from Anhui He'an Agricultural
China Nuclear Energy Technology (HKG:0611) agreed to lease rooftop space across five warehouses from Anhui He'an Agricultural Development, the company said in a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The renewable energy engineering and construction services provider's shares fell nearly 2% in morning trade Thursday.Under the 20-year agreement, the company will lease rooftop space across five integrated cold chain logistics warehouses owned by Anhui He'an Agricultural Development for around 360,000 yuan per year.The firm plans to use the rooftop resources to build and operate rooftop solar photovoltaic power systems as part of its new energy business expansion.Anhui He'an Agricultural Development is an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen New Nanshan (SHE:002314), a substantial shareholder of China Nuclear Energy.
