Sun.King Technology Units to Form JV with Partners
Sun.King Technology Group (HKG:0580) units Jiashan Sunking, Sunking Semiconductor, and Wuhan Langde agreed to form a JV company named Zhejiang Xuanju Microelectronics along with other partners.The joint venture will have a registered capital of 20 million yuan, of which 5 million yuan, representing 25% interest, will be collectively contributed by the company's units, a Wednesday bourse filing showed.The JV will engage mainly in the R&D, production, and sale of high-performance TPU AI chips and industry-specific reasoning products.
