eSun Unit Renews Telford Plaza Cinema Lease for Three Years
eSun Holdings' (HKG:0571) indirect wholly owned subsidiary Multiplex Cinema renewed the lease for its cinema premises at Telford Plaza in Hong Kong for three years.Multiplex Cinema renewed the tenancy with MTR (HKG:0066), with the new term running from Oct. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2029, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.The tenant will pay about HK$25.2 million in basic rent, management expenses and air-conditioning charges over the lease term, excluding rates, government rent and other outgoings. Additional turnover rent may also apply.
