CSI Properties Units Obtain Refinancing Loan Facility
CSI Properties (HKG:0497) units Able Wealth and Go Clear Investments agreed to obtain a term loan facility worth HK$275.1 million from a bank.The move comes to refinance the outstanding principal of an existing loan facility, a Wednesday bourse filing showed.The facility will mature in 36 months from the date on which the loan under the facility is made.CSI Properties is the guarantor for the facility.
