Fountain Set Enters New Financial Services Agreement with Associate
Fountain Set (HKG:0420) entered into a new financial services agreement with COFCO Finance for three years, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.The agreement will replace an existing contract due to expire July 13, 2028, as the company intends to revise the annual caps for the maximum daily balance of deposits it places with COFCO Finance.The new contract will be effective from Nov. 1, 2026, to Oct. 31, 2029.COFCO Finance is a unit of COFCO, which is a controlling shareholder of Fountain Set.
