Hony Media Group Enters HK$55 Million Share Sale Agreement
Hony Media Group (HKG:0419) agreed to issue HK$55 million worth of shares to two investors, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The new media company's shares fell over 4% in late morning trade Wednesday.The firm will issue 137.5 million shares priced at HK$0.40 each to raise funds to meet several expenses.The shares represent 9.28% of the company's issued share capital and 8.49% as enlarged by the sale.
