China Pipe Unit to Buy Commercial Property in Hong Kong
China Pipe Group (HKG:0380) unit Bun Kee (International) agreed to acquire a commercial Hong Kong property from a resident named Ho King Yee Hilda for HK$21.5 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.The firm will use the property as a retail store once its current tenancies expire.Completion of the purchase is expected to take place by May 29.
