Jiangxi Copper Logs 44% Rise in Q1 2026 Profit
Jiangxi Copper (HKG:0358, SHA:600362) recorded 2.82 billion yuan in attributable profit for the first quarter of 2026, up 44% from 1.95 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.The copper miner's Hong Kong shares gained nearly 1% in morning trade Wednesday.Basic earnings per share were 0.82 yuan, compared with 0.57 yuan in the prior year period.Revenue jumped 25% year on year to 139.12 billion yuan, figures showed.
