CMGE Technology to Raise HK$30 Million via Share Subscriptions
CMGE Technology (HKG:0302) plans to raise about HK$30 million through subscriptions of new shares, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The company will issue 122.9 million shares at HK$0.244 each to three investors, including Tanwan (HKG:9890), representing about 4.1% of its existing share capital.Net proceeds will be used to fund game publishing costs, the filing said.
