China Resources Beer to Obtain Dining Services from Affiliate
China Resources Beer (HKG:0291) entered into a framework agreement to obtain dining-related services from China Resources Digital.The term of the contract begins June 26, 2026, and ends Dec. 31, 2027, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The services will include restaurant dining, resource sourcing and management, and client management services.China Resources Digital is a unit of China Resources, a controlling shareholder of China Resources (Holdings), which in turn holds a controlling interest in China Resources Beer.
