GBA Raises HK$8.7 Million from Share Placement
GBA (HKG:0261) completed the placing of 46.6 million shares to raise net proceeds of HK$8.7 million, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The shares, representing 14.05% of the company's enlarged issued share capital, were placed to at least six investors at HK$0.20 apiece.The investment holding company will use proceeds to expand its finance and corporate consulting services businesses, as well as for general working capital.
