SEA Holdings Unit to Dispose of Property-Holding Unit
SEA Holdings (HKG:0251) unit Key Thinker agreed to sell a residential property in Hong Kong to Wang Wanyu for HK$180 million in cash, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.The property disposal comes about through the sale of Quartz Talent, which holds the property, to the buyer, along with any debt it owes to Key Thinker.The parties will sign a formal agreement regarding the sale by May 7 and the disposal is expected to be completed by Aug. 21, 2026, the property investment and development company said.
