QPL International Expects Swing to Full-Year Profit
QPL International Holdings (HKG:0243) expects to report a consolidated profit of HK$89 million to HK$96.8 million for the year ended April 30, compared with a loss of HK$1.1 million a year earlier.The integrated circuit products maker attributed the forecast to higher revenue, increased other income, and a HK$64.2 million fair value gain on financial assets, compared with a HK$4.2 million fair value loss a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the company fell over 4% in recent trade.
