CM Energy Tech Unit to Provide Shareholder's Loan to JV
CM Energy Tech (HKG:0206) unit CM Green Energy Technology Hong Kong and JV partner Golden Valley Marine Investment received a funding notice from its joint venture CMS Oasis Transportation on Wednesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.Under the agreement, the JV partners will each contribute a little over $3.9 million to the joint venture through a shareholder's loan.The JV partners had agreed to form CMS Oasis Transportation on May 26.Following this, the JV agreed to acquire a 19,800 cubic meter LNG carrying and bunkering vessel to be delivered by Aug. 30, 2028, from China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) the same day.
