AMCO United Sells Entire BFB Health Stake for HK$10.6 Million; Shares Jump 8%
AMCO United Holding (HKG:0630) disposed of 24.6 million shares in BFB Health (HKG:0205) for about HK$10.6 million, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.The shares were sold at an average price of about HK$0.43 each, and AMCO United no longer holds any shares in BFB Health following the disposal.AMCO United expects to recognize a gain of about HK$6.4 million from the sale, subject to final audit.The proceeds will be used for general working capital, medical product inventory procurement and future investments.Shares of AMCO were up over 8% in Wednesday morning trade.
