Nimble Forecasts Surge in Fiscal-Year Profit
Nimble (HKG:0186) expects attributable profit of between HK$50 million and HK$60 million for the year ended March 31, up from HK$1 million a year prior, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The property developer attributed the forecast to a higher gross profit margin on properties, as well as lower selling and administrative expenses.
