Wanda Hotel Development's Chair Steps Down; Successor Named
Wanda Hotel Development's (HKG:0169) Chairman Zhang Chunyuan resigned effective Monday to devote more time to personal engagements, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.The hotel operator, on the same day, named Chen Hongtao as its new chair.Chen has held various positions in Dalian Wanda Group since 2000 and is currently the president of Beijing Wanda Cultural Tourism Industry Group and chairman and president of Dalian Wanda Commercial Management Group.
