Lippo China Resources Unit Leases Hong Kong Premises to Catering Unit
Lippo China Resources (HKG:0156) said its indirect wholly owned unit Serene Yield agreed to lease part of Lippo Centre to group unit LCR Catering for three years.The tenancy covers about 7,964 square feet on the ground floor of Lippo Centre at a monthly rent of HK$352,700, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Friday. The lease runs from Aug. 22, 2026 to Aug. 21, 2029.
