China Merchants Names Chief Investment, Financial Officers
China Merchants China Direct Investments (HKG:0133) named Wang Xiaoding as its chief investment officer and Tsang Wai Chu as its chief financial officer effective July 1, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Wang has been an executive Director of the financial services provider since 2014, while Tsang has been its qualified accountant since 2008.
