Shangri-La Asia Renews Land Lease for Edsa Shangri-La Manila Hotel
Shangri-La Asia (SGX:S07, HKG:0069) subsidiary, Edsa Shangri-La Hotel & Resort, has exercised its right to renew the land lease for the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel in Manila for another three years, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.All existing terms and conditions of the lease remain unchanged, with rent payable in cash based on fixed percentages of room, retail, restaurant and subleasing revenue.
