Far East Hotels Forecasts Narrower Full-Year Loss
Far East Hotels and Entertainment (HKG:0037) expects a net loss of HK$7 million for the year ended March 31, narrower than HK$35 million a year prior, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.The hotel operator attributed the forecast to a higher gross profit, a narrower fair value loss recognized on its investment properties, and the reversal of provisions for discontinued operations.
