Hang Lung CEO to Retire, Successor Not Named
Hang Lung Group (HKG:0010) and Hang Lung Properties (HKG:0101) said Chief Executive Officer Weber Lo Wai Pak will retire as CEO and executive director, effective Oct. 1, according to a joint statement on Friday.Lo will become an adviser to the chair for one year following his retirement.The companies have appointed a successor, who will join the group as CEO-designate and an executive director on Sept. 7 before assuming the role of CEO on Oct. 1. Details of the successor were not disclosed.Hang Lung Properties fell nearly 4% while Hang Lung Group was down over 1% in recent trade.
