Hemostemix Raises C$360,000 in the First Tranche of Private Placement of Share Units
Hemostemix (HEM.V) on Friday said it raised C$360,000 under the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement of share units.The company placed 7.2-million units in the tranche, with each priced at C$0.05 and made up of a share and one half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.12. .Proceeds are expected to be used for, sales, marketing, patient acquisition, physician education, and commercialization initiatives, production and manufacturing expenses associated with ACP-01 treatments, regulatory and filing fees associated with submissions to the Ministry of Health and Wellness in the Bahamas, and general working capital and corporate purposes, the company said.The company's shares last traded June 22, closing at C$0.055 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
