Havila Shipping Secures Favorable Court Ruling in Asset Arrest Dispute
Norwegian shipping company Havila Shipping (HAVI.OL) said Monday that the Borgarting Court of Appeal dismissed a petition by a group of lenders to register an arrest over certain assets of the group.The ruling was issued on May 29, with the lenders including DNB Bank (DNB.OL), Swedbank (SWED-A.ST), and Danske Bank (DANSKE.CO).
