Gensource Potash Extends Convertible Debentures' Maturity Date; Adopts New Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan

Gensource Potash (GSP.V) late on Tuesday said it extended the maturity date of certain of its 5% convertible debentures totaling C$1.8 million and issued on Oct. 19, 2021, from June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027.The company also implemented an Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan following shareholder approval at its annual meeting, held on June 26. The plan is a "rolling up to 10% and fixed up to 10%" equity incentive plan, it said.Shares of the company were last seen up 4.6% at C$0.12 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
