Gatekeeper Systems Unit Wins Up to US$13.4 Million SEPTA Support Contract
Gatekeeper Systems' (GSI.V) unit, Gatekeeper Systems USA, agreed to provide inspection, maintenance, testing and contract support services for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's (SEPTA) on-board vehicle video system project, the company said Monday.The contract is for an initial three-year period starting September 2026. The contract will also have two consecutive one-year option terms, to be exercised at SEPTA's sole discretion, for a total amount of US$13.4 million, or about C$19 million in aggregate over 5 years at current exchange rates, it said.Shares of the company closed up 2.4% to C$1.27 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
