Green Bridge Metals (GRBM.CN) on Thursday said it closed a best-efforts offering of share units raising C$4 million,The company placed 32-million units priced at C$0.125 each and made up of a share and three-year warrant to buy a share for C$0.155.Proceeds will be used to support its existing operations, and for general working capital needs.Shares of the company were last seen down C$0.005, or 5.6%, to C$0.085 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
