Greenbriar Sustainable Living Acquires Water Rights For Sage Ranch
Greenbriar Sustainable Living (GRB.V) has acquired a 267 acre-feet of deeded water rights for Sage Ranch, a proposed residential community that it is constructing in southern California.The project allows the authorities to provide new affordable housing inventory, and will also bring over $260 million of new construction work to the area over seven years.Greenbriar will now undertake work to concurrently close the construction loan to fund all of the improvements and the first phase construction of the first 144 homes.
