Hyperscale Data Receives Utility Determination for Up to 125 MW Additional Power at Montana Site

Hyperscale Data (GPUS) said its BNI Montana subsidiary received a "will serve" letter from the Lower Yellowstone Rural Electric Cooperative for up to 125 megawatts of additional power at one of its Montana facilities following completion of a load study.The Montana facility currently operates about 10 MW supporting Bitcoin mining.The additional capacity is subject to engineering studies, transmission and distribution upgrades, interconnection requirements, regulatory approvals and other conditions. Hyperscale Data Enters Funding Deal With Yorkville

Hyperscale Data Unit Selects Wyoming Reserve to Store Growing Precious Metals Holdings

Hyperscale Data (GPUS) said Monday that its subsidiary Ault Global Commodities selected The Wyoming Reserve to provide secure storage and vaulting services for its physical precious metals holdings.The company said the partnership will support AGC's treasury strategy, which currently includes 10,000 ounces of 0.999 fine silver acquired through a partnership with Scottsdale Mint.According to the company, the metals will be stored in The Wyoming Reserve's Class 3 vault facility in Casper, Wyoming, featuring segregated custody, dedicated storage and around-the-clock monitoring.
