Global Mofy AI to Implement 1-for-50 Reverse Stock Split on June 11
Global Mofy AI (GMM) will implement a reverse stock split of its class A and class B ordinary shares at a 1-for-50 ratio on Thursday, the company said Tuesday.The reverse stock split will reduce the number of outstanding class A shares to around 1.8 million from 89.6 million and class B shares of GMM to about 0.2 million from 8.2 million, the company said.Price: $0.12, Change: $+0.03, Percent Change: +28.43%
