Gemini, Apex Plan Collaboration in Crypto Event Contracts

Gemini Space Station (GEMI) and Apex Fintech Solutions said Monday they signed a letter of intent for Gemini Titan to become the exclusive regulated venue for crypto event contracts.The collaboration is for contracts distributed through Apex's Futures Commission Merchant to Apex's brokerage customers, according to the statement.The partnership also gives Apex's brokerage clients regulated access to crypto prediction markets without building their own exchange connectivity, it said.Shares were down over 5% in afternoon trading.Price: $4.03, Change: $-0.26, Percent Change: -5.96%
