Graphano Energy Appoints Andrew Gainsbury as CFO
Graphano Energy (GEL.V) appointed Andrew Gainsbury as its chief financial officer and director, effective July 27, it said in a statement on Wednesday.The company also announced that Director James Richardson, who served as the company's CFO from March 9, 2021, until March 1, 2026, died. Gainsbury served as the company's acting CFO on an interim basis since March 1, following the onset of Richardson's illness, it added.Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at C$0.14 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
