Golden Age Exploration to Raise C$400,000 Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Golden Age Exploration (GDN.CN) plans to raise C$400,000 through a non-brokered private placement, it said in a statement on Thursday.The company will offer up to 2-million units at C$0.20 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant exercisable at C$0.35 for a one-year period.Proceeds will be used to fund ongoing project-related expenditures and for working capital needs.The company also received minority shareholder approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to close the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Mac Minerals Pty Ltd, it said.The company's shares last traded Aug. 24, closing at C$0.22 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
