GD Culture Forms Committee to Evaluate Going-Private Proposal
GD Culture (GDC) said Wednesday its board has formed a special committee to evaluate the preliminary non-binding proposal from a consortium of Wealthy Concord and East Valley Technology.The consortium has proposed a going-private transaction for $10.75 per share in cash, the company said, adding that there can be no assurance of any definitive offer.Shares were down about 29% in morning trading.Price: $4.24, Change: $-1.75, Percent Change: -29.22%
