Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Raises Authorized Share Capital, Alters Structure
Green Circle Decarbonize Technology (GCDT) said Tuesday that it has increased its authorized share capital and altered its share capital structure.The company said the capital increase raised its authorized share capital to $5 million divided into 5 billion shares of a par value of $0.001, from $50,000 previously, divided into 50 million shares.The company re-designated all ordinary shares as class A ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis, and repurchased 5.3 million shares held by Joyful Star in consideration for 5.3 million Class B shares issued, according to a statement.Green Circle shares were 5.9% lower in Tuesday trading.Price: $0.45, Change: $-0.03, Percent Change: -5.99%
