Five Star Bancorp Prices $113.6 Million Stock Offering
Five Star Bancorp (FSBC) has priced an underwritten public offering of 2.7 million common shares at $44 per share for total expected proceeds of $113.6 million, the company said late Wednesday.The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 408,750 common shares at the public offering price.Five Star Bancorp said it intends to use the net proceeds to support growth initiatives and for general corporate purposes.The offering is expected to close on Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
