FOBI AI Says Regulator Revokes Failure to File Cease Trade Order
The British Columbia Securities Commission has fully revoked a failure-to-file cease trade order against FOBI AI (FOBI.V), the AI and data intelligence company said Friday.The FFCTO was issued in November 2024 as FOBI failed to file its annual audited financial statements for the financial year ended June 30, 2024. The company has filed all financial statements due since then.FOBI is working with the TSX Venture Exchange on the reinstatement of trading.
