Freeman Gold Holders Elect Shares for C$1.2 Milliion Debenture Interest
Freeman Gold (FMAN.V) after trade Tuesday said holders of C$1.2 million of its 10% convertible debentures have chosen to receive their annual interest payment in shares instead of cash.Holders of the 2025 debentures have elected to have their C$120,000 annual interest payment satisfied through the issue of 300,000 shares at a deemed price of C$0.40 per share. The remaining C$380,000 of annual interest payable will be paid in cash, the company said."The issuance of the common shares in satisfaction of interest on the 2025 Debentures remains subject to the acceptance of the TSXV," the company added.
