Fokus Mining Completes Acquisition of Dufay Property
Fokus Mining (FKM.V)on Tuesday said it completed the acquisition of the Dufay Property in northern Quebec.The company made a deferred cash payment of nearly $816,000 to the vendors.Fokus also paid $684,000 in cash for the termination of an option agreement in November 2024 with Olympio for the same property.Both cash payments were made in lieu of shares.Fokus Mining shares last traded on Monday, closing at $0.255 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
