First Carolina Financial Services (FCBM) shares rose over 3% in their New York Stock Exchange debut on Thursday.The holding company for First Carolina Bank priced its initial public offering of 5.5 million shares at $12.50 each, according to a statement late Wednesday.Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares, the company said.
